Shopping Day!

This morning I went and met Megan at the MTR station near my school. I got there and asked how long she had been waiting. She said an hour!!! Turns out she forgot to change the time and since Japan is an hour ahead, she ended up leaving her hostel really early. She didn't realize her mistake until she got all the way to the MTR station.

We walked back to my school and ate some breakfast in the canteen. Then I went to my drawing class and Megan sat outside and listened to a book on her Ipod. In drawing class, we did more nude drawings. I got frustrated because the angle of one of the legs from my perspective was very odd.

After drawing class, we walked to Fu Tai and ate lunch at Home Fairy. We had chocolate bubbles and shared a chicken and chile dish. Then we went down to the grocery store to buy some stuff for our lunch tomorrow (we're going hiking yay!) We stopped at my hostel to drop off food and pick up some shopping bags.

We took the MTR to the Prince Edward stop and got off. We went to the flower market and bird market. We also ended up walking through another market on Fa Yuen St. There were so many people everywhere (as usual). We saw lots of gorgeous flowers, especially orchids.

Then we walked to the Ladies' Market in Mongkok. I ended up buying the rest of the gifts I needed to buy. Next we walked to Langham Place mall, went to H&M where Megan bought a gorgeous red jacket, and then we went to the food court to eat New York Fries for dinner. We sat for a long time and chatted. I took her back to the train station near her hostel and then came back to Lingnan. Now I think I will read for a while and then go to bed.
